It features a slightly stretchy, silky smooth pleated velvet fabric. It is a true wrap style with a flattering top, under the bust belt tie, and hi-low hemline. It is BOTH nursing + maternity friendly.
Measurements are approximate and taken while laying flat across the front. Not doubled.
