DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR
Part-Time; In Office - Bluffdale, UT
Talented, experienced marketer with a graphic design background to create stellar visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate the Piper & Scoot audience. You develop the overall layout and production design for both digital and print advertisements and other promotional materials. Piper & Scoot should have a consistent look and our Digital Marketing Coordinator should proactively create this cohesiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS + DESCRIPTION:
o Excellent written communication skills
o Ability to work a set schedule + overtime as needed
o Comfortable in fashion and retail marketing
o Strong attention to detail
- Correct spelling and grammar
- Colors/photos/names of products
o Relevant experience in digital marketing or graphic design
o Extensive knowledge of design software
- Adobe Suite
- Canva
o Extremely organized + skilled at planning
- Collect and organize User Generated Content + Social Proof from our Social Media Platforms
o Ability and confidence to take initiative and see something all the way through
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product releases, company events, emails + marketing campaigns, app notifications, and all social media other than Instagram
- Update and revise design elements on the website + app (landing pages, homepage, drop down menu images, collection images, banners, etc.)
- Cut and add video content to product pages
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements
o Self-starter that is willing to contribute to a team based work environment
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on the creative strategies + visions for email campaigns, individual stores, upcoming sales and events, photoshoots, etc.
o Follow up with retail stores for possible special circumstances
- Content requests (mannequins, reels, floor shots, employee outfits, etc.)
o Be an expert communicator with excellent grammar + syntax
o Have the ability to prioritize + manage multiple outlets simultaneously
- Facebook Page
- Facebook VIP Group
- Product videos
- App notifications
- Email Campaigns (ongoing + new)
o Work well under pressure with the ability to adapt
o Have a deep understanding of social media strategy
- Create weekly content to engage with social outlets listed above (ie; giveaways, early releases, restocks, new markdowns, moodboards, videos, etc.)
- Notify other members of the the marketing team in order to collaborate
