Local Pick-Up is offered on all orders placed using a shipping zip code from Utah. If selected, the order will be delivered to the pick-up destination in 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed. You will receive a phone call + voicemail, or email from your selected pick-up location once your order is ready for pick-up.

Any cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the original order and is NOT guaranteed. Any cancellation request made outside of the 24 hour time-frame can be eligible for store credit.

Full-priced items are eligbile for a full refund if submitted in 14 days from the day your order is marked as delivered by our shipping carrier.

If any discounts greater than 19% are offered, items purchased using the discount will be ineligible for a full refund. However, the items purchased using the code will be considered for a return of in-store credit.
