Exchanges

Any cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the original order. Any cancellation request made outside of the 24 hour time-frame can be eligible for store credit.  

Shipping is always free on exchanges as long as you're within the 14 day return policy time frame. Please print our your prepaid shipping at the following link:

 

Please place your prepaid shipping label on the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest USPS locations. A new order will immediately be placed for the exchanged item you selected and you will receive a new order confirmation. Your exchange will ship out once your original order makes it back to us.

*NOTE* Anytime during the year, Piper & Scoot reserves the right to offer and promote discounts to our customers. Our discounts are ALWAYS optional for the customer to input in the 'Apply Code' at checkout. If any discounts greater than 19% are offered, items purchased using that discount will be ineligible for a full refund. However, the items purchased using the code will be considered for a return of in-store credit. If a purchase is made during a sale and the code is not entered by the customer at checkout, our regular return policy will apply. 

 

 

If the item you are wanting is sold out, you can choose to receive a gift card for the amount paid that you can use on a new item. If for some reason the item you selected for an exchange is no longer available, you will be emailed a gift card for the amount of your exchange.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Shopping for someone special for the holidays? Get an early start here at Piper & Scoot so you have more time to enjoy. The Holiday Return Policy stated that if your return falls within the regular 14 day time frame, a FULL refund will be issued. (minus the handling fee if you are using the return label we provide using the returns portal). FINAL SALE items will continue to be ineligible for return.
Proof of purchase MUST be provided in the form of an order number, receipt, or with the name of the person who made the purchase. Our Holiday Return Policy is valid from Nov 1st - Jan 2nd.
