Shipping Policy
We know you are anxious to get your new purchase, and we are busy preparing your order for shipment. Because of this, we are not able to make changes to orders that have been placed, that includes sizing changes, order cancellations, etc.
You should expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days, unless noted otherwise (pre-ordered items will have a estimated shipping date within the title of the product and on your confirmation page). It will then be shipped via our regular carrier.
Overnight Shipping is determined at checkout, depending on your shipping zone as well as the rate of USPS. If you place your order on a regular business day before 1pm MDT, it will be sent overnight and you will receive it the following day. Overnight Shipping orders placed after 1pm MDT, will be sent the following business day. PLEASE NOTE: USPS usually guarantees overnight shipments to most zip codes, there are a few exceptions to which they cannot deliver it the next day, and instead only offer 2-day service. We will try our best to notify you ASAP if your overnight shipment falls into one of those excluded zip codes to provide you with any other option we can.
Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to its destination. Piper & Scoot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been delivered.
Please keep in mind, the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, please contact your courier directly.
Pick Up In-Store: For customers within the same shipping zone of our retail store, we're happy to offer a free 'Pick Up In-Store' option that you will view at checkout if zip code qualifies. Any order placed with this option will be ready for pick up within 24-48 hours of the order being placed, or as soon as the next available business day during our regular hours of operation. Once your order is received at our store, a retail associate will call to notify that the order is ready for pick-up. Depending on which store you selected for your pick-up, you will be notified of the address where your order can be retrieved. Please come ready with a photo I.D. to pick up your order.
NOTE: Any orders placed using the 'Pick Up In-Store' option will be shipped to the shipping address provided if not picked up within 5 business days.
International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
As you know, shipping carriers worldwide have experienced substantial delays due to COVID19-related transportation shortages. Please be assured that our carriers are working hard to get your packages to you as fast as they can, but some delays are to be expected. Once your shipment arrives in your country, it will go through customs, then be handed over to the Post for final delivery. Please continue to check back for updates.
