Free Shipping is offered on all orders placed in the U.S. If selected, the order will leave our warehouse in 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed. Shipping carrier and delivery timeframes vary based on different delivery zones.
Local Pick-Up is offered on all orders placed using a shipping zip code from Utah. If selected, the order will be delivered to the pick-up destination in 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed. You will receive a phone call + voicemail, or email from your selected pick-up location once your order is ready for pick-up.
Any cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the original order and is NOT guaranteed. Any cancellation request made outside of the 24 hour time-frame can be eligible for store credit.
Full-priced items are eligbile for a full refund if submitted in 14 days from the day your order is marked as delivered by our shipping carrier.
Piper + Scoot reserves the right to offer and promote discounts to our customers. Our discounts on full-priced items are ALWAYS optional for the customer to input in the 'Apply Code' at checkout. If any discounts greater than 19% are offered, items purchased using the discount will be ineligible for a full refund. However, the items purchased using the code will be considered for a return of in-store credit. If a purchase is made during a sale and the code is not entered by the customer at checkout, our regular return policy will apply.
