If selected, the order will be delivered to the pick-up destination in 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed. You will receive a phone call + voicemail, or email from your selected pick-up location once your order is ready for pick-up.

    Any cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the original order and is NOT guaranteed. Any cancellation request made outside of the 24 hour time-frame can be eligible for store credit.

    Full-priced items are eligbile for a full refund if submitted in 14 days from the day your order is marked as delivered by our shipping carrier.
