This time of the year everyone is all wrapped up in something. You wrap presents, wrap up in sweaters, or you get wrapped up in a long travel monologue with your great aunt, so why not wrap up cheese? Piper & Scoot did. And it is delicious. If you need a quick & easy recipe to take to your holiday gatherings, here it is.

Baked Brie

Recipe adapted from (here.)


    1. Preheat oven to 425.
    2. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
    3. Roll out crescent rolls slightly.
    4. Spread a layer of cranberry jelly on top of dough.
    5. Place brie on top (leave the rind on) and in the center of the dough.
    6. Bundle & pinch off crescent roll dough around the cheese.
    7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
    8. Let cool for five minutes.
    9. Serve with your favorite cracker.



1. Cranberry Jelly/Sauce
2. 1 Round Brie Cheese
3. 1 Package of Crescent Rolls


You can also substitute the cranberry sauce for:

Brown sugar 

Along with any of the following toppings: 

Apple slices

Almonds or pecans

Fresh raspberries
